We got amazing value for our money at The Studio. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully furnished with all the necessary amenities. The location was great, with a short walk to a local pub and fish and chip shop. The staff were friendly and accommodating, allowing us to use their stunning gardens.
The breakfast option could be improved with more variety or additional choices to make it even better.

Graham made everything for all of us...
Tell your housekeeper to clean rubbish thoroughly.

the studio itself was perfect for our needs, with all the essentials provided. the highlight was definitely the amazing garden that we were allowed to use. the location was also ideal, with local shops nearby and the beach just a short distance away. We would highly recommend the studio for a relaxing break. Cons: Nothing everything was great! 👍.

Always stay at this great place in Roughton. First time, staff helped with bags. Perfect for me with free Wi-Fi, parking, dryer, kettle, TV, golf course. No smoking on site. Coming back for business!

The apartment was much larger than expected, which was a pleasant surprise for my family of five. We had plenty of space to relax and unwind. the place was spotlessly clean, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. the kitchen was well-equipped, the beds were comfy, and there were even teabags and coffee provided. the peaceful setting, surrounded by beautiful gardens, was a real highlight. We enjoyed strolling around and taking in the tranquil atmosphere. the location was also very convenient, with Cromer, Sheringham, and West Runton just a short distance away. It made for a perfect base to explore the coast.
The position of the TV was a bit inconvenient. Due to the weather, we found ourselves staying in more in the evenings.

Fantastic location, spacious studio with separate twin bedroom, beautiful gardens, well-equipped for families, close to beaches and attractions like Felbrigg Hall.

The apartment was spacious and clean, and it had all the amenities we needed for our Christmas stay. The beds were comfortable and there was a little kitchen where we could prepare our meals. The location was great, with beautiful beaches nearby and attractions like Felbrigg Hall, Gardens & Estate just a short drive away. One of the best aspects was the access to the stunning gardens, where we could take walks and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.
There was a lack of entertainment facilities, especially for families with young children. While there were TVs in both bedrooms, it would have been much better if they had Amazon Firesticks with access to channels like Netflix and Disney+.

The location of the studio is great, with local shops, the beach, and Felbrigg Hall all nearby. the studio itself is larger than expected, perfect for a family of 5, and comes with all the essential facilities needed. the gardens are beautifully maintained and accessible to guests, providing a lovely outdoor space to enjoy.
The TV placement in the studio could be improved, as it is difficult to watch from the sofa without having to sit at the table instead.

Had a great time browsing the internet with the "complimentary WiFi" and feeling like a VIP with "private parking available onsite". So luxurious!
Oh, I just loved staring at the beautiful garden and the free private parking, but it's a shame that the "nearest airport" was a whole 31 km away. How inconvenient!
